Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and the original bill.
- Certain products, such as nose pins and toe rings, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
- Customized or handcrafted pieces with natural stone variations are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a refund link will be sent to update bank details.
- In case of damaged or defective items, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product with supporting images.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was sent.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or engraved jewelry.
- Jewelry with visible signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery.
- Sale or clearance items unless defective.
