Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed in plastic zip lock/pouches and magnetic boxes and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery. The packaged products come in Rasa Silver Jewellery Box.
After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like Blue-dart, Delhivery and E-com Express to ensure we deliver you your jewellery securely on-time. International orders are shipped through the most trusted FedEx or DHL.

Please note: In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.
Once your order has been shipped we will e-mail you with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver you your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same.
It usually takes 1-5 days for the domestic orders to get delivered and 5-10 working days for international orders. The time and date of delivery might vary depending on the location.
We offer two payment options: Cash on Delivery COD) and Prepaid.
- Orders below Rs. 500/- are not applicable for Cash on Delivery.
- COD is available untill the cart amounting to 49,999.
- Orders Above 49,999 are not applicable for COD.
- Orders above Rs. 499/- enjoy free shipping
- For prepaid orders below Rs. 499/- a shipping charge of Rs50/- is levied.
A shipping charge of INR 2000/- is applicable for all international shipping. Kindly note that Cash On Delivery Option is Unavailable for International Orders.
Important Note: For international orders, additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, specific to a country are to be borne by the customer.
