We only accept returns if the jewellery is in its original, intact condition with the product tag still attached.
We ensure that each product undergoes 3–4 quality checks before it is shipped to you, so you can rest assured that it will arrive without any damage. Since the Jewellery is Delicate, there might be small change of damages in transportation, in such cases we do take the product as a return and fix it for you and is re-dispatched.
You will have 14-days return period after you have received the products, and customers are requested to raise the return query within the given period of time. You can also reach out our customer support team anytime, to help you with any other issues related to your order, payment and shipment.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons Nath's (Nose Pin) and Toe Rings are not Returnable.
Here is how you can easily return products
You can login to my account section or click on to return and exchange page in the footer section and login with the register credential to initiate return and exchange.
It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond to your return request and schedule a reverse pick-up accordingly. We will send you a mail once the return request has been confirmed from our end with the instructions on how you can return the products.
Refund will be processed to the same account from where the payment was made after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility. For all the COD orders, please login to your account page and add in your bank details to receive the refund.
It takes 5-7 working days to process the refund once we have received the jewellery at the facility and it might take 4-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Please Note: Shipping charges are not refundable when a product is returned.
If you are looking for an exchange online, please request for the return of the product you have already received and you can reach out to our customer support and we will assist you for the same. If your order was a prepaid order, you will get the replacement product (If there is any price variation or changes , on the exchanged product, only the additional amount will be charged)
Alternatively, products purchased online can be exchanged at Rasa Silver Stores within the 15 days of delivery.
Please Note: Refund for the returned products will initiate after the product is received and examined at our facility.
You can request for the cancellation of the order by e-mailing us at care@rasasilver.com If in case the order is already been shipped, simply reject and return the products at the time of delivery.

Please Note: To be eligible for Return, your products must be unused and has to be in the same condition as you received it, with the original Rasa packaging, tags and bill.
